Because we are a small local farm, we produce for you the freshest chicken you can find.  We raise chickens seasonally from March through October, and will match your order with the freshest availability date possible.

We usually always have at least one chicken we can share, however, our farm is constantly growing, and availability will be based on our current chickens we have in the field ready to shared with you.  We will communicate the up to date availability at the time of purchase.
